Christopher Cook
I am interested in the incunabula period of printing history and am the compiler of the forthcoming work Incunabula in the Westminster Abbey and Westminster School Libraries with bookbinding descriptions by Mirjam Foot.
I have recently started up a fine press imprint called Potomac Letterpress (named after the river). I don't have any printing equipment but plan to rent studio space at Pyramid Atlantic in Silver Spring. A few years ago, when I was at the University of Illinois, I took a course on letterpress printing and I was heavily involved with the University's fine press, the Soybean Press.
I have an online CV.
I live in Washington, D.C. and I am a cataloger at the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) Central Library in Silver Spring, MD.
